24 hours notice of delivery will be given by us.
All deliveries will be made on lorries with either a forklift or a large tail lift. There must be good access for large lorries i.e. 28' long 13'4" high. If on arrival the access is impossible then an attempt to deliver the item locally will be made or the item will be returned incurring a return fee.
There must be assistance available on site to help off load and sign the Proof Of Delivery. If there is no assistance available to help off load, only to sign, then the item will be dropped on or as near as possible to the property.
Delivery time is 2-3 weeks from date of order. The garage doors are delivered on the factory transport so please advise if the is restrictions on access for large lorries.
The driver should call 24 hours prior to delivery to arrange delivery as they need assistance to unload the doors. We do not deliver to the Highlands or Islands.
Standard Garage Doors will be delivered 2-3 weeks from the date of order.
Coloured Garage Doors will be delivered 6-8 weeks from the date of order, as a result of the supply time from the German Manufacturer.
